By using Todux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Search results

Todux is a search index and search interface. Search results may include links to third-party websites. Todux does not operate, control, endorse, or host those websites.

No hosted third-party files

Todux does not host files, media, or content from websites shown in search results. Third-party website content remains the responsibility of the website owner, host, registrar, or other controlling party.

Allowed use

• Do not abuse, overload, scrape, attack, flood, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not attempt to access private endpoints, server files, indexes, databases, logs, or administrative data.
• Do not use Todux to perform unlawful activity.
• Do not use Todux to seek, promote, obtain, or facilitate illegal content or illegal services.
• Do not use Todux to seek sexually explicit content that violates Todux safety rules.
• Do not use Todux to seek dangerous instructions, weapons misuse, fraud, cyber abuse, or illegal drug manufacturing, buying, or selling.
• Do not use Todux to seek harassment, threats, doxxing, targeted abuse, hate, discrimination, or violence against protected groups.

Cookies and third-party services

Todux itself is not designed to set its own tracking cookies. Third-party services used for hosting, security, analytics, advertising, abuse prevention, or performance may set cookies or use similar technologies according to their own policies. By using Todux, you consent to cookies and similar technologies used by those third-party services. If you do not consent, do not use Todux.

Removal, abuse, and privacy requests

Abuse reports, copyright notices, search result removal requests, privacy requests, and California privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact / Removal page.

Availability

Todux is provided as a beta service. Search quality, ranking, filtering, available lists, and availability may change without notice. Results may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

Todux is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Todux is not liable for losses or damages caused by use of the service, search results, third-party websites, downtime, errors, or security issues on third-party websites.
